Shadow Wedding

Explore your shadow selves together in this 4-week online couple’s workshop.

You will each explore the role your shadow has played in your life prior to partnering up with your significant other, and you will explore how it still likes to show up.

In this deep dive, you will familiarize yourself with your own shadowy bits, as well as those of your partner. You will gain a common language, a sense of compassion and understanding around this delicate topic. 

Most importantly you will gain an ease and playfulness that will allow you to turn these parts of you into characters to have fun with.

Giving your shadows permission to come out and play together as a couple, in a safe and responsible way, is the path to creating a healthy long-term sexual relationship.

The shadow is part of each of us. When we deeply understand our own and our partner’s we no longer have to take behaviours so personally, nor do we need to feel shame around them.

This 4-week online course will guide you as a couple to embrace your shadows selves and create characters.

On the final 4th week, you will have a shadow wedding, where you each marry your own shadow and also the shadow of your partner. In a theatrical wedding performance, you will speak your vows in character, while being witnessed by yours truly, the shadow wedding priestess.

An in-person shadow wedding with guests and a dance party is an option.

This workshop is designed to take place with 8 couples.
