Part of my mission is to weave my words to help awaken humanity from slumber, all while getting everyone's

GROOVE ON.

I have a savvy ear for music, a warrior poet spirit, and a dancing raver heart.  And it all comes together skillfully, to kindle soulful journeys that ignite dance floors.

I have been part of conscious dance communities as both a wildly, free-spirited dancer and a wise facilitator for decades. These days, I can be found weaving my poetry into everything from ecstatic dance waves and sound healing journeys to epic events and intimate house parties.

Although my style is eclectic, my heart and soul most often gravitate to deep organic tribal house beats that evoke a stirring in my soul and a call to dance the path from darkness to light.
